CLINICAL TRIAL: MUSCLE

CLINICALLY PROVEN STENGTH ENHANCEMENT

  • In a comprehensive study, the effects of progressive resistance training on body composition and muscle strength was investigated.
  • The clinical trial included 444 subjects divided into various groups: 53 elderly men with an average age of 72±5 years, 105 adult men aged 30-60, 77 premenopausal women aged 18-50, 57 young active men with an average age of 24±3 years, 30 recreationally active men averaging 25 years old, and 97 middle-aged untrained men aged 50±6. Each group received a daily dose of Tri-HELIX COMPLEX™ for 12 weeks.
  • Over the 12-week period, participants engaged in one hour of progressive resistance exercise training, three times a week.
  • The study results significantly confirmed increases in lean body mass, decreases in fat mass, reduced muscle loss in the elderly, and increased muscle strength.
