SKIN HEALTH TRIAL RESULTS

A double-blind, placebo-controlled study researched the effectiveness of Tri-HELIX COMPLEX™ on eye wrinkle formation and stimulation of procollagen I, elastin and fibrillin biosynthesis in the skin.
A 114 women aged 45 – 65 years were randomly assigned to two groups.
A controlled group received a daily dose of Tri-HELIX COMPLEX™ once a day for 8 weeks or placebo group, with 57 subjects being allocated to each treatment group.
Skin wrinkles were objectively measured in all subjects, before starting the treatment, after 4 and 8 weeks as well as 4 weeks after the last intake (4-week regression phase).

In another placebo-controlled study, the effects of Tri-HELIX COMPLEX™ intake on hair thickness and metabolism were investigated.
The study was conducted on 44 healthy women aged between 39 and 75, who each received a daily dosage of Tri-HELIX COMPLEX™ or placebo.
After a treatment period of 16 weeks, hair thickness was determined and compared with the thickness at the beginning of the trial.
